Who we are
This website is operated by NUEN MOTO Company Limited (Tax ID 0317847638), 11 Đường số 10, Khu đô thị Sala, Tp. Thủ Đức, Tp. Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam. We decide how your personal data is used. Write to us about anything in this policy at hello@voltymoto.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us, and only when you send a form or write to us:
- Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
- Context about your need: your city or district, whether you ride for yourself or run a fleet, fleet size and the kind of work you do.
- Anything you choose to write in a message.
The website also stores your language choice (English or Vietnamese) in your own browser so the next page opens in the same language. That setting stays on your device and is not sent to us.
We do not ask for identity card numbers, bank details or payment information on this website, and no deposit is taken here.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and keep you on the list you joined.
- To send product news, release dates and ordering updates, only if you asked for them.
- To prepare and run a fleet pilot if you are an operator who requested one.
- To understand demand by district and use case, using combined figures that do not identify you.
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form. Analytics runs on the basis of your consent on the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawing does not affect anything done before.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It runs only if you click Accept on the banner. If you accept, Google sets cookies named _ga and _ga_S5KEVS1E0L in your browser and receives technical data such as your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you view. Google may process this data on servers outside Vietnam. We do not switch on Google advertising features or Google signals, and we keep analytics data for up to 14 months.
If you decline, or do not answer, nothing from Google Analytics loads and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page. Your choice is remembered for 6 months, in your own browser.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics (provided by Cloudflare, Inc.) to count visits. It runs for every visitor, including those who decline cookies, because it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not track you across websites. It records the page you open, the site that sent you, your browser, device type and country, and Cloudflare reports these to us only as combined totals. Cloudflare may process this data on servers outside Vietnam.
Apart from analytics, the website stores only your language choice (English or Vietnamese) in your browser so the next page opens in the same language. That setting stays on your device.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers that host this website and run our email, who may use it only on our instructions; with Google, only if you accept analytics cookies (see Cookies, local storage and analytics); with Cloudflare, for visit counts that do not identify you; with a battery-swap or financing partner, only when you ask us to connect you; and with authorities, where Vietnamese law requires it.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside Vietnam. Where that happens, we transfer it under the conditions Vietnamese law sets for cross-border transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you remain on the list, or while a pilot or sale is being discussed, and delete them within 12 months of our last contact with you unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
Under Vietnamese personal data protection law, including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, you can ask us to:
- Show you the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it, or stop using it for a given purpose.
- Accept the withdrawal of your consent, including unsubscribing from updates.
Email hello@voltymoto.com from the address you registered with. We will answer within the time limits the law sets. You can also complain to the competent Vietnamese authority.
Security
Access to your data is limited to the NUEN MOTO staff who need it to answer you, and this website is served over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
We will post any change on this page with a new date. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will tell you by email first.
