Built for the people who move this country.

Seventy million motorcycles move Vietnam every day, and the hardest-working ones earn their rider's living. The U1 is built for those riders first: one platform that becomes whatever your working day needs it to be.

Find Your Build

Three questions. Your U1.

Every rider below runs the same chassis. Answer honestly and we will show you how yours would be rigged, live, as you answer.

Question 1 of 3

Answer to see your build

One chassis, nine working days

Your answers shape the racks, the packs, and the boxes. The frame underneath never changes.

The Riders

Nine working days. One machine.

These are not customer segments from a slide deck. They are the days we watched, timed, and built for.

Rider Profile

The Food Courier

Lunch rush, dinner rush, and the quiet hours between. The food courier lives on acceptance rates and drop times, and loses money every minute the app is on and the wheels are not moving.

The U1 carries an insulated box on the rear deck and a second bag on the front rack, so a stacked order rides level instead of on the rider's back. Torque off the line matters more than top speed in this job, and 152 Nm from a standstill is what gets you out of the alley before the soup goes cold.

The Cold-Chain Courier

Ice cream, fresh seafood, frozen dumplings, meal kits. Cold delivery today mostly runs on foam boxes and ice packs, which puts a hard time limit on every order and lets margin melt with the ice.

This build carries a compressor cooler on the rear deck, powered from the U1's own battery. The second pack is what makes it possible: the bike carries enough stored energy to run the cooler through a shift without cutting into the range the route needs.

That turns cold delivery from a race against melting ice into an ordinary route. Frozen goods can travel further, wait longer at a drop, and reach districts a foam box never could.

The Parcel Runner

A hundred stops before dark, and the van cannot get down half these alleys. The parcel runner is paid on delivered boxes, and the constraint is never speed. It is how much survives the route in one loading.

Hard cases mount on the rear and side points, and the overflow straps to the deck, because the frame is rated for 200 kg and the racks are part of the structure. When the monsoon opens up mid-route, the boxes seal and the bike does not care.

Rider Profile

The Fleet Rider

The bike belongs to the operator, and the rider clocks in. Two shifts a day on the same machine, which means downtime costs twice and every vehicle in the yard has to be the same vehicle.

The flat side panel takes the operator's livery as a wrap, the boxes bolt to standard points, and a corner-shop mechanic can service the whole fleet with one parts list. This is the configuration our pilot program is built around.

Rider Profile

The Technician

Air conditioning repair, electrical callouts, appliance service. The technician's day is six customers across three districts, and the billable hour starts when they arrive, not when they park.

Stacked tool cases lock to the rear mounts, the ladder rides vertical off the side rack, and the side box carries the business name and phone number past every customer on the street. The vehicle is the shop truck and the shop sign at once.

The Everyday Rider

Not every kilometer is billable. School drop-off, the market, the weekend visit to family two districts over, and yes, the dog rides in front where she can see.

This is the same U1 with softer luggage and a basket, because the bike honest enough to work a twelve hour shift is comfortable enough for everything after it. One vehicle for the household, not one for work and one for living.

Rider Profile

The Long Way Home

Some riders will take this bike far past the last swap cabinet, with everything for three days strapped where parcels usually go, charging from a wall socket wherever the day ends.

Two packs give the range, the racks take the load, and the same mounting points that earn on Monday carry the tent on Saturday. We did not design a separate adventure bike. We designed one honest platform and let riders decide what a working day is.

The Back-Road Rider

Some work starts where the asphalt stops. Farm deliveries, a site visit at the end of a dirt lane, the road to a village the map still draws as a thin line.

This build runs knobby tires, a skid plate and crash bars around the battery bay, with dry bags on the front and rear racks. The frame, the bay and the mounts are the same ones the food courier rides in the city. What changes is rubber and protection, not the machine.

Why We Build For You

Because the transition starts with the people who ride most.

Vietnam is moving its cities off gasoline on a legislated clock, and commercial riders are named first in every rule. The riders with the least room in their budget are being asked to change first.

We think that is exactly backwards as a burden, and exactly right as an engineering brief. Build the vehicle for the person who rides 200 km a day, price its running costs below the petrol bike it replaces, and the transition stops being a sacrifice.

That is the whole reason this company exists. Not electric for its own sake. A better working day, that happens to be electric.
